Role Description

Seniority of the position will be based on experience, relevant knowledge and performance.

We are not offering sponsorship for this role.

As a member of the laboratory team, you will take products from concept to launch, ensuring great textures, fragrance, and customer satisfaction.

You will have an enthusiastic, creative approach and bring innovative thinking.

Laboratory experience is required, ideally with scale-up understanding and practical experience working as a technical member of a dynamic product delivery team.

Responsible for developing products from a brief, for maintenance or from your own initiative, while working within agreed timings and cost targets.

We have a broad technical offering and are expanding into new exciting sectors.
