Browne Jacobson is seeking an experienced Principal Associate to join our corporate team in London. This senior role advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, corporate reorganisations and governance.

You will lead complex transactions, manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the firm’s growth through business development and cross-border work.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in M&A, private equity and corporate transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop junior lawyers.
• Commercially minded, organised and able to manage multiple matters effectively.
• Experience of cross-border transactions is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead corporate transactions from inception to completion, including M&A, disposals, private equity deals and restructurings.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice on corporate governance, compliance and company law matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation.
• Manage due diligence processes and advise on legal risks.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor associates and trainees.
• Support business development activities and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.
