Job summary

PRO TAX is recruiting a Corporate Tax Senior Manager/Associate Director to join the Reading office and lead a portfolio of UK brands and local businesses. The role involves advising on M&A, international tax, R&D tax, cross-border issues, and transfer pricing, while developing a high-performing team and contributing to strategic firm growth.

The package includes a salary up to £100,000, car allowance, and bonus, with flexible working and strong career progression toward partner status.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of tax issues for UK brands, mid-tier and entrepreneurial clients.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing Corporate Tax team; set department targets with Senior Partner.
• Provide strategic guidance on mergers and acquisitions, international tax, R&D tax, cross-border and transfer pricing.
