Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions are seeking a Corporate Solicitor in the Tonbridge area to handle high-profile, complex M&A and corporate matters. You will join a dynamic, award-winning team advising a diverse client base on sophisticated transactions across multiple sectors.

The role offers a clear progression path and a supportive, collaborative environment. Essential: England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in corporate/Company Commercial law; strong M&A experience; excellent

Qualificações

• Qualified solicitor licensed to practise in England & Wales.
• Minimum of 5 years PQE in Corporate/Company Commercial law.
• Strong experience in M&A and general corporate transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy transactional workload independently.
• Commercial mindset with a client-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Advising on M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side).
• Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and corporate structures.
• Working on private equity, investment, and management buyouts.
• Advising on EMI share schemes and management incentive plans.
• Supporting restructuring and insolvency-related matters.
• Structuring Family Investment Companies for tax and succession planning.
• Managing own caseload with client-facing responsibility from day one.
• Supporting business development initiatives.
