Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £55,000 - £90,000

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity

A highly regarded, Chambers and Partners & Legal 500 ranked law firm is seeking an ambitious Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their Corporate Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors and partners on high-quality corporate transactions and complex advisory matters.

The successful candidate will handle a varied corporate workload, including company sales, acquisitions, investments, demergers, capital reductions, and shareholder and regulatory matters. Exposure to shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, tax, restructuring, share schemes, and secured lending is highly desirable, although not essential.

With a strong corporate client base, the team regularly advises on transactions up to £20 million, providing a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, commercially-focused work while developing your expertise across a range of corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on company sales, acquisitions, investments, demergers, and capital reductions
• Draft and review shareholder and LLP agreements, corporate restructuring documentation, and other regulatory / legal documents
• Support clients on tax, share scheme, and secured lending matters
• Provide practical, commercially-minded advice aligned with client objectives
• Work closely with partners and other team members to deliver top-quality outcomes

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ Years PQE in Corporate Law
• Strong experience across corporate transactions including acquisitions, sales, and shareholder matters
• Familiarity with regulatory, taxation, and accounting issues affecting corporate clients
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client management skills
• Commercially focused with a proactive approach to managing client relationships
