The Role

Join a growing team of talented fee-earners in Winchester, Hampshire, as a Senior Corporate Solicitor.

This department handles a diverse range of high-quality Corporate work, serving owner-managed businesses and creative and digital media companies. You will manage and lead mid-market transactions.

In this role, you will be dealing with: Corporate M&A, Joint ventures, Private Equity, Shareholder agreements, and much more.
