Job description

Senior Corporate Solicitor / Senior Corporate Associate

Location: Hybrid (Manchester-based)

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join a professional services firm's Corporate team on a permanent basis. This role is based in Manchester with a hybrid working pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work within an established corporate team on corporate and business structuring projects, including M&A and private equity work.
2. Handle high-profile transactional matters, from international reorganisations to intra-group reorganisations.
3. Advise a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, privately owned companies, and LLP conversions, with a focus on cross-border transactions and domestic mergers.
4. Manage various M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side.
5. Collaborate with different teams within the firm to deliver excellent service to clients.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Qualified UK solicitor or equivalent with extensive UK experience.
2. Strong background in Corporate Law, M&A, and Restructuring.
3. Experience advising on cross-border transactions is highly desirable.
