Senior Corporate Solicitor is required to join a professional services firm permanently. You will be joining their Corporate team, based in their London office with a hybrid working pattern.

The Senior Corporate Solicitor will have the opportunity to:

• Work within an established corporate team on both corporate and business structuring projects, including M&A and private equity work
• Handle high-profile transactional matters, from international reorganisations to smaller intra-group reorganisations
• Work with a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, privately owned companies, and LLP conversions, with a focus on cross-border transactions and domestic mergers

Handle various M&A transactional cases, both buy-side and sell-side. Collaborate with different teams within the business to serve external clients.

We are seeking experienced lawyers with a background in Corporate Law and transactional experience to join this busy, friendly team at Manager level and support its expansion.

As the Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor, you will have:

• UK-qualified solicitor or equivalent, with extensive UK experience
• Technical expertise in Corporate M&A and Restructuring
• Experience advising on cross-border matters is highly desirable
