Job summary

Lusona Consultancy (Financial) Limited is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate (2-8+ PQE) to join its Corporate Lending team in Glasgow or London with hybrid working. You will work on sophisticated financing transactions for lenders, borrowers, funds and corporates.

The role offers significant responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to collaborate with leading practitioners on an international platform.

Qualifications

• 2-8+ years' PQE and strong corporate lending experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documentation within private practice.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and intercreditor agreements.
• Advising clients on corporate lending transactions and financing structures.
• Negotiating with counterparties and leading transaction calls.
• Coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions and liaising with local counsel.
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees.
• Building and developing client relationships with major financial institutions and corporate clients.
