Job description

Opportunities like this don’t come along every day. This leading offshore law firm is looking for a Senior Corporate Associate with impeccable client and matter management skills, to take on a critical role in a team dedicated to advising a major client on some truly outstanding work.

Joining a small, high-performing team, you will take lead responsibility for running complex, high-value transactions. This could span the full corporate remit - expertise in M&A work would be particularly useful, whilst some prior exposure to the funds sector would be an advantage (but isn’t essential).

This could be perfect for someone who enjoys integrating with their client to form strong working relationships, and who is looking to do high-quality work without the need for consistent new business development. Strong billing figures are effectively guaranteed and the prospects for career development are excellent.

Requirements

• Admitted in the UK, Ireland or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction. Likely to suit someone with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE. (All suitable applicants considered). Experience of complex, high-value corporate work is critical. European language skills an asset but not essential.

Package

• Good salary (negotiable depending on experience), 20% tax rate. Benefits and excellent bonus scheme. Relocation package (flights + temporary accommodation on arrival + expenses allowance).
