My client is a top-tier international law firm with multiple offices in the GCC. They are looking to add a senior corporate M&A lawyer to their Abu Dhabi office.

The firm offers high-quality cross-border transactional work across Europe, Middle East, APAC, and the US.

The team advises on a spectrum of energy (oil & gas, solar, wind, hydrogen, etc.) and infrastructure matters, including construction/project documents, financing, M&A, and regulatory issues.

For this role, candidates should ideally have 7+ PQE as a corporate/M&A lawyer with strong experience in the oil & gas sector.
