Our client is seeking a senior governance lawyer to join their team on a maternity leave cover, providing support to the business and leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Providing guidance on legal and corporate governance such as partnership agreements, legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Handling a range of legal and governance matters including constitutional issues, role duties, and responsibilities.

Experience requirements:

• Qualified lawyer in the UK with understanding of UK Governance Laws.
• Strong understanding of LLPs and Professional Services businesses.
