HMT is a leading independent practice that specialises in advising ambitious entrepreneurial businesses.

We operate from offices in Henley on Thames in beautiful and friendly surroundings, with excellent transport links into Reading, and in the heart of London near Bank station but equally we are open to establishing other locations to facilitate recruiting leading corporate finance or transaction support professionals who can exploit their strong personal network in their local region.

Formación

• Proven corporate finance leader with strong deal origination capabilities.
• Track record of completing transactions in UK mid-market (£5m–£100m).
• Ability to work independently with self-sufficiency in deal origination and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Advise mid-market businesses and their owners on transactions including MBOs, acquisitions, disposals and growth capital/debt funding.
• Collaborate with partner group while leveraging available resources for deal execution.
• Demonstrate self-sufficiency in origination and closing of transactions.
