We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Corporate Counsel to join our Asia-Pacific legal team. Based in Melbourne, you’ll report to our Asia-Pacific General Counsel and be at the forefront of our region’s exciting growth journey.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide expert legal advice on operations, compliance, contracts and disputes.
• Drive transformative projects like M&A, facility expansions and real estate acquisitions.
• Enhance legal processes and collaborate with leadership to solve complex challenges.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives.
• Manage external counsel relationships for corporate and transactional matters.

What You’ll Bring :

• Extensive experience in top-tier law firms or in-house roles.
• Current practising certificate as an Australian solicitor or barrister.
• Expertise in corporate and contract law; experience in construction, logistics or procurement is a plus.
• Impressive commercial acumen and international transactional experience.
• A positive, proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
