Spotlight Recruitment is supporting a leading UK infrastructure organisation in its search for a PR & Corporate Communications Lead. This hybrid role is based in Reading with 3 days in the office and offers up to £88k plus a car allowance, bonus and benefits.

You will head external communications, reputation management and corporate affairs, guiding executive messaging and media relations during a period of growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience within Corporate Affairs, Public Relations or Corporate Communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead media relations, agency management and proactive communications programmes.
• Oversee reputation management, crisis preparedness and responses to complex or high-profile issues.
• Provide strategic direction for internal communications and employee engagement.
• Advise senior executives and leadership on communications strategy and messaging.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive corporate affairs and public relations strategies.
• Engage with communities, public sector bodies and strategic partners to support business objectives.
