Sumer NI in Belfast is seeking an experienced Corporate Audit Manager to join our growing Northern Ireland practice. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of private sector audit clients, leading engagement teams and advising clients as a trusted adviser.

You will combine technical audit expertise with strong people and client management skills to drive growth and service quality. We offer a hands‑on, proactive audit culture with a focus on development, mentoring and career progression.

Qualifications

• ACA and/or ACCA qualified.
• Experience in corporate audit with client portfolio management.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong understanding of audit standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of private sector audit clients.
• Identifying audit risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with audit standards and regulations.
• Training and mentoring team members to develop their skills.
• Building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
• Overseeing portfolio financial management and BD contributions.
