Chadwick Nott is recruiting for a Corporate Senior Associate in Reading for a Berkshire law firm. The role covers a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, restructurings, joint ventures, private equity investments and corporate governance.

The successful solicitor will handle own matters while assisting on larger, complex transactions alongside senior lawyers.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded solicitor with strong technical skills.
• Excellent client relationship abilities.
• Collaborative approach and 4+ PQE.

Responsibilities
