JMC Legal Recruitment presents a rare opportunity for a Corporate Senior Associate to join a growing boutique practice in Bristol, offering autonomy, mentoring from senior partners, and a clear path to leadership.

You will handle high-quality M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital work, with a 1200-hour target and no excessive billing pressure, while supporting ambitious clients in tech, digital, IP and data protection, with hybrid working.

Qualificações

• 5+ PQE in corporate law with strong technical ability.
• Ambition for business development and client responsibility.
• Interest in supervising and developing junior lawyers.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high-quality M&A, including complex and high-value transactions.
• Work on private equity and venture capital matters.
• Manage general corporate advisory work and restructurings.
