We are working with a prestigious offshore firm in the British Virgin Islands that seeks a talented corporate lawyer (c.4–6 PQE) to join its expanding practice. Candidate Requirements:

• BVI or England & Wales qualified.
• Strong academic background and training.
• 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience in high-value corporate transactions, ideally within a leading onshore or offshore firm.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Confident operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
