The TeamThe corporate group is a cohesive, high-performing team lawyers, working across complex domestic and cross-border transactions. The firm maintains strong relationships with “best friend” firms internationally, regularly collaborating on multi-jurisdictional matters across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Africa.
The WorkYou’ll lead on high-quality corporate matters, including:
M&A (public and private company transactions)Private equity deals and fundraising roundsCorporate reorganisations and structuringJoint ventures and strategic partnershipsGovernance and shareholder mattersThe team frequently acts on deals ranging from £10m to £100m and is consistently recognised in Chambers and The Legal 500 for excellence in the mid-market.
Client BaseYou will advise a diverse client base, including:
HNW individuals, family offices, and privately held businessesInvestment funds, PE houses, and sovereign wealth entitiesInternational corporates and listed companiesSectors span technology, real estate, financial services, energy, professional services, and media.
Your Role & ProgressionAs a senior associate, you’ll:
Take a lead role on transactions and oversee juniorsEngage directly with clients and build long-term relationshipsPlay an active role in business development and networkingContribute to the firm’s growth strategy and mentor junior lawyersThe firm offers a clear route to partnership for commercially driven individuals who thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
About YouYou’ll likely have:
5–8 years’ PQE from a recognised City, West End, or leading regional firmStrong M&A and private company experience, with confidence leading transactionsAn interest in developing new business and expanding client relationshipsA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong commercial mindsetExperience with cross-border deals or language skills ( French) would be an assetReady to make your mark at a firm that values individuality, quality, and long-term growth?
