Qualifications

• Experience in financial services operations.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas.
• Ability to reconcile data and investigate discrepancies.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience handling customer or client data.
• Ability to work under short, market-driven deadlines.
• Experience with corporate actions, asset servicing, custody or investment operations.
• Experience using bespoke financial services or workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Capture and validate corporate actions data from multiple data providers.
• Process transaction and customer data accurately within market deadlines.
• Identify, investigate and correct data or processing errors.
• Perform data reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with clients by email and telephone when required.
• Use multiple internal and bespoke systems to input, update and extract information.
• Maintain clear workflow notes and accurate audit trails.
• Manage your own workload and prioritise time-sensitive activities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support accurate and timely processing.
• Contribute to improvements in processes, controls and operational efficiency.
