Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Core Operations Reference Data Senior Associate to ensure the quality, accuracy and reliability of reference data across domains such as securities, issuers and credit ratings. You will collaborate with stakeholders and drive efficiency in data processes to support investment operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in financial markets, with strong Excel skills; Power BI and data tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in securities, mutual funds, financial markets, and investment products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel; Power BI experience a plus.
• Able to work in ambiguous situations and drive process improvements.
