Job summary

DSM-Firmenich in Dalry, UK is seeking a Senior Coordinator Permits (Vit C) to lead and coordinate all permit-to-work activities in the Vitamin C department on a dayshift.

The role requires a minimum of five years’ supervision experience, safety mindset, and strong planning and communication skills. You will manage Permit Cliq, carry out field checks, and ensure compliance with site SOPs while supporting continuous safety improvements.

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant industrial supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in permit issuing with a safety mindset.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, planning and organizing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all work permit activities for planned maintenance, emergent work, and projects.
• Approve and issue RAPTW, Work at Height, Hot Work and Confined Space Entry permits via Permit Cliq.
• Lead permit planning for maintenance and project activities.
• Oversee safeguarding of plant and handover readiness; supervise LOTOTO and LEO prep.
• Maintain permit documentation standards and KPI tracking; conduct field audits.

Job title – Senior Coordinator Permits (Vit C)Location – Dalry, UKWe have 1 permanent vacancy within the Vitamin C department working on a dayshift basis.
