Position Overview

A Senior Cook is responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place in the kitchen and assisting the First Cook.

What will I be doing?

As a Senior Cook, you will be responsible for:

• Producing the mise en place for the kitchen
• Setting up orders for sales points
• Ensuring organization and hygiene in the kitchen
• Preparing food using appropriate techniques under supervision
• Storing and checking the validity of food
• Assisting other departments as needed
• Transmitting shift information during handovers
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
