Talentwise Solutions Legal Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Senior Conveyancing Lawyer / Head of Department for a multi-site law firm with Lexcel and CQS accreditation. The role oversees an experienced conveyancing team and carries potential for partnership.

Location: Kenilworth or Coventry with hybrid working two days per week; salary around £60,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified status (Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC)
• Previous supervisory experience
• Excellent leadership skills
• Sound experience in residential conveyancing (essential)
• Experience of commercial property work (advantageous but not essential)

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor a strong conveyancing team
• Undertake training and compliance for the department
• Conduct conveyancing team meetings
• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload
