Yolk Recruitment is supporting a highly regarded law firm in Bristol with the recruitment of an experienced Senior Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team. You will provide hands-on support to conveyancers, progressing transactions from instruction through to completion and delivering a high standard of service to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing required.
• Strong IT skills with Word, Excel and case management systems.
• SOS Connect experience is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Progress residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Be main contact for clients, provide updates and handle queries.
• Maintain accurate case records and progress matters per procedures.
• Handle client monies per regulatory and internal requirements.
• Support team training and development when required.
