Legal Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer in Hove to lead a residential conveyancing team while managing a varied caseload. You will work closely with the Team Partner to maintain top standards and client service.

In this hybrid role, you will develop leadership skills, mentor colleagues and contribute to the department's growth while handling high-value transactions with discretion and care.

Formación

• Significant experience handling residential conveyancing matters.
• Experience leading a team within a conveyancing department.
• Ability to manage high-value/high-net-worth transactions.
• Strong organizational and client management skills.
• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer or CILEX professional.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the conveyancing team and support the Team Partner.
• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload end-to-end.
• Oversee day-to-day department operations.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure high standards.
• Develop client relationships and ensure timely progress.
