An exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Lawyer to take on a hybrid or fully remote working arrangement as a conveyancing team leader and supervisor.

Your role will involve managing a team of 10 staff, including fee earners and support staff. The firm expects their lawyers to handle no more than 70 files at a time and offers a lucrative bonus scheme to reward high billings during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Managing a team and providing advice to conveyancing staff
• Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing files, including freehold, leasehold, purchases, property transactions, sales, and remortgages
• Full understanding of the residential conveyancing process
• Commercial property experience is helpful but not essential
