Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing your own clients and caseload, ensuring high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Managing junior team members and overseeing unit operations
• Following case progression protocols and procedures
• Call handling and documentation management
• Preparing client reports and billing
• Progressing transactions from inception to completion
• Training and supervising junior staff
• Providing after-sales support to client developers

This role involves working efficiently under pressure, with deadlines and competing priorities. You will need to think proactively to meet team and client needs and ensure compliance with information security and firm policies.

• You have previous experience working within a legal environment, particularly in conveyancing
• You are highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• You possess excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• You have at least 6 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths
• You demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn
