Senior Conveyancer
Huntingdon area
£40-45K depending on experience


Working with a reputable, local legal firm, I am keen to speak to Senior Conveyancers looking for a new challenge to join a great team.

You will need to be a detail-oriented and proactive Conveyancer with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of property law, to effectively manage the conveyancing process from start to finish. You would be responsible for ensuring that all transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional service to clients throughout the process.

Duties will include:

  • Managing all aspects of the conveyancing process for residential and commercial properties.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Conducting property searches and due diligence to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of transactions and ensuring timely updates are communicated to clients.
  • Providing expert advice on property transactions, addressing any queries or concerns from clients.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices within the conveyancing process.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have proven experience in conveyancing with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly. Proficient IT skills, including experience with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
