Remote (UK-based) or Norwich HQ

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute CRO strategies grounded in data, insight, and experimentation
  • Design and manage robust testing programmes (A/B, multivariate, personalisation)
  • Analyse user behaviour using a mix of qualitative and quantitative tools
  • Communicate test results and optimisation opportunities in a clear, client-friendly way
  • Collaborate across SEO, Paid Media and Analytics teams to create joined-up solutions
  • Contribute to the evolution of service delivery and internal best practices

Your Profile

  • Strong experience in CRO, UX or digital experimentation, ideally agency-side
  • Confident using analytics and insight platforms such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO or similar
  • A data storyteller - able to present complex findings clearly and persuasively
  • Experience delivering measurable improvements in digital conversion
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to shape your own role in a scaling team
