Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating design work in conversation design or VUI.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Interaction Design, HCI, UX Design, Linguistics, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in conversation design or VUI design.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level customer experience strategy for near and long term.
• Design conversational frameworks and flows with UX Designers.
• Help train the LLM to match design intent with content.
• Present work to UX, product, engineering teams for feedback.
• Collaborate with design, research, product, and data teams on experiences.
• Work with research and data teams to assess new features.
• Navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to design decisions.
