Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Controls Engineer for exciting UK-based automation projects. The role focuses on PLC programming, testing, and commissioning across a mix of factory automation, robotics and HMI systems at customer sites in the UK.

You will join a group of engineers, working on projects using Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens S7 or TIA Portal. The position offers a competitive salary and paid overtime with UK-based site work.

Qualifications

• Proficient PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Studio 5000 or Siemens S7/TIA Portal).
• Electrical background required to support control systems.
• Willing to commission projects on UK sites and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Program PLCs and perform testing, acceptance and commissioning.
• Collaborate within a team of engineers on varied automation projects.
• Support drive, safety, and HMI systems across local UK sites.
