Senior Control Systems Engineer

Salary: £55k-£65k
Location: Woodford Green
Hours: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent

Our market leading client is seeking a proactive Senior Control Systems Engineer to work at their offices in Woodford Green. As a Senior Engineer you will bring an innovative approach to problem solving, working closely with designers and other Engineers. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full life cycle of the project delivery both in technical compliance and quality
• Attending client meetings to discuss designs, surveys, software programming, testing and commissioning
• Able to support more junior engineer and pass on your experience

Desirable Experience

• Experience in designing control system’s PLC and HMI/SCADA software and making amendments/upgrades to existing system software.
• Experience in producing project documentation
• Competence in the programming of PLC’s like Siemens, Rockwell, or Mitsubishi PLC’s AND / OR competence in programming SCADA systems like Siemens, Rockwell or Wonderware HMI/SCADA platforms.
• UK Sites commissioning (which may involve short periods away from home)
