Bridges Electrical Engineers seeks an Electrical Design Engineer to deliver accurate designs within budgets and timescales. You will create production drawings, collaborate with PMs and design teams, and ensure compliance throughout project lifecycles.
Responsibilities include technical calculations, material research, and supporting workshop teams with up-to-date designs. Flexible remote/hybrid options are available to suit working patterns.
Working 40hrs a week Monday - Friday.
To collaboratively provide accurate and consistent designs that are delivered within budgets and to agreed timescales.
To collaboratively work with other disciplines to provide supporting project documentation.
To ensure project materials such control panel components, steelwork and mounting plates are ordered in time to meet the programme’s needs for manufacturing.
To support the workshop staff during the manufacturing phase, ensuring wireman are working to the latest designs, have accurate parts lists and final solutions are compliant and in line with our designs.
We are happy to consider Remote Working for this role, we also have a number of offices we are happy for people to work out of also Hybrid.
