Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for Power Infrastructure (Substations). You will drive delivery of national projects, lead diverse teams, and ensure profitable, safe execution with strong client relationships. The role requires signing off on contracts and strategic risk control.

You will travel to project sites as required and work within NEC/JCT/FIDIC frameworks to optimise value while maintaining compliance and quality across a dynamic portfolio.

Formación

• Senior level construction/engineering leadership experience.
• Knowledge of NEC/JCT/FIDIC forms is essential.
• Proven governance and contractual controls across complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of multiple power and utility infrastructure projects across the UK.
• Provide leadership and coaching to project managers and site teams.
• Drive safety, quality and operational excellence across projects.
• Maintain client relationships and manage contractual obligations.
• Review contracts, manage change, and navigate risk for timely, profitable delivery.
• Collaborate with pre-construction and engineering teams to align delivery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and internal SHEQ requirements.
