Job summary

Rayden Engineering Ltd, a Mechanical & Civil Engineering company based in the East Midlands, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead nationwide projects including pipelines, AGIs, and cross-country works.

You will deliver projects on time and within budget, manage a team of project managers, ensure safety standards, and maintain strong client relationships across oil, gas, and utilities sectors. A construction-related degree and 10 years' contracts management experience are required.

Qualifications

Experience in pipeline/utility sector is preferred.
Strong financial and commercial awareness with project profitability focus.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

Operationally and commercially responsible for successful delivery of a portfolio of contracts.
Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained at the highest level.
Manage budgets, including profit and loss, and oversee change control.
Lead and develop the Contract Support Team and oversee Site Managers & Sub Contractors.
Collaborate with procurement to manage supply chains and on-site purchasing.
