Senior Contracts Manager
A well-established, family-run firm with over 25 years of experience delivering commercial and industrial refurbishment projects throughout the UK are now looking to add a Senior Contracts manager. Joining a dedicated team of 60 staff and a long-standing network of trusted subcontractors, our client take pride in high standards, strong relationships, and collaborative approach.
You are to be based at the Head Office in Leeds with nationwide coverage. There is a company car with the role (Car allowance if preferred).
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple refurbishment contracts, ranging in value from 5,000 to 3 million, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires a broad understanding of industrial construction processes to effectively plan, manage, and troubleshoot throughout the project.
