Job Description:

Location: UK Wide (Remote, with office access)

Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets.

We are more than 36,000 people, in over 70 countries, dedicated to improving quality of life. Everyone has an important role to play. With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world's most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.

Arcadis is looking to add to its team: an experienced and motivated Senior Contracts Manager. This role supports the contract governance function within the Intelligence Global Business Area and you will be a specialist in contracting digital product offerings to public and B2B environments. This role leads commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation on contract terms and conditions and supports performance on contracts, proactively working to identify risks, issues, and opportunities and managing these elements within the GBA. You will own the contract lifecycle management and contract compliance activities for the Intelligence GBA, supporting account managers in contract initiation, creation, negotiation (with legal team), approval, execution, and monitoring and performance processes.

You will establish, manage, and maintain a robust set of contract KPIs, working with the account managers to deliver against these. Supporting the commercial evaluation and preparation of contract change proposals, you will work with the legal team in providing high-quality contract drafting and negotiate proposals through to signature. You will have the ability to operate independently and communicate effectively, both internally with technical staff, peers, and management, as well as externally with customers, regulators, and others. Arcadis is on a journey to bring together many previously separated software products (through acquisition) and this role is pivotal in ensuring effective checks and balances are in place in a centralized manner covering all aspects of the CLM.

The role sits within our global business area Intelligence. We use digital intelligence and deep human knowledge to create products and solutions in a holistic way. We empower our clients with agile, data-driven insights and technologies that complement our sustainable design, engineering, and advisory expertise. We can confidently work in partnership to address global challenges from climate change and rapid urbanization to increasing digitalization, socio-economic disruption, and societal expectations head-on, all with the common goal of improving quality of life.

This role will be accountable for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Contract Lifecycle Management processes relevant to our products and services.

Establishing and maintaining robust CLM processes for the Intelligence GBA and ensuring alignment with all Arcadis corporate functions will be a key responsibility. This will include contract initiation, creation, negotiation (with legal team), approval, execution, and monitoring and performance processes.

Recognize the value and benefits that CLM activities bring and lead the collaboration with the technology and growth teams to ensure Arcadis continues to provide best-in-class products to our clients in an efficient and scalable manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

You will possess a high level of intellectual, professional, and interpersonal agility and flexibility. Furthermore, you will bring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization, particularly senior levels. A pragmatic attitude is vital.
