Job summary

Balfour Beatty Scotland is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager (Mechanical / Electrical) to lead major contracts across Scotland. The role offers project-based opportunities with potential placements in Fort William, Nairn, Forres and across the Central Belt.

You will manage contract strategies, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement, delivering healthcare, building services or infrastructure projects to time and budget. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Proven contracts management experience in construction, MEP or infrastructure.
• Healthcare/hospital project experience is highly desirable.
• Strong client and stakeholder management with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial awareness including margin, risk and profit.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major contracts across Scotland portfolio.
• Mobilisation to pre-construction through delivery and completion.
• Develop contract strategies, business plans and delivery plans.
• Manage client relationships and key stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor financial performance and manage resources for projects.
