Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is actively seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple main contracting and refurbishment projects across London and the M25 from our Hoddesdon base.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage subcontractors, Project Managers and site teams, while planning and measuring to support timely delivery. A strong ambition to grow with the business is essential, with opportunities for progression and financial reward.

Qualifications

• Experienced Contracts Manager with a main contracting background.
• Strong construction knowledge, ideally with refurbishment, roofing, fireproofing or façade experience.
• Ambitious, hungry and keen to play a key role in growing a business.
• Organised, personable and a strong communicator.
