Job summary

Kirkland Associates is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the contracts department within a growing engineering-led organisation. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will manage a team of engineers and coordinators, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high safety standards.

This senior role requires UK travel, strong stakeholder management, and proven leadership, with experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Office to support invoicing,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in installations/project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract delivery from order through to completion.
• Chair weekly production meetings and manage master schedules.
• Coordinate engineers, installations and resources.
• Liaise daily with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor site progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Support invoicing, timesheets and contract reporting.
• Lead, motivate and develop the contracts team.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with all regulations.
