Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the contract programme.
• Direct projects with consistency across schemes.
• Conduct regular site visits across London and South East.
• Oversee health and safety, quality control and resource allocation.
• Plan resources and lead the team to deliver on time and budget.
• Liaise with clients and build strong relationships.
• Contribute to tender inputs and bid processes.
