The Window Company in Chelmsford is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple contracts from survey to completion across London and the South East. You will lead project direction, health and safety compliance, and resource planning while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to bids.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the contract programme.

• Liaise with clients and build strong relationships.

The Window Company (Contracts) is an award winning, commercial window and door installation company based in Chelmsford and operating primarily in social housing and education.

Long term agreements and several new business wins mean we are now looking for an additional Contracts Manager to join our team and oversee a number of contracts across London and the South East – all the way from survey to final completion.

• Preparation and management of the contract programme
