Job summary

Winners Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to lead asbestos removal/remediation contracts across Cornwall, Exeter, Southampton and South Wales. You will own contracts from enquiry to completion, building strong client relationships, planning resources and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with HSE compliance.

The role combines commercial, operational and client-facing duties, requiring leadership, proactive problem-solving and a drive to grow profitable contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading asbestos removal or regulated construction projects.
• Strong contractual and commercial awareness with bid and quotation experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asbestos removal/remediation contracts from enquiry to completion.
• Build client relationships, plan resources and manage budgets and timelines.
• Prepare quotations, RAMS, project programmes and site audits.
• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and company procedures.
