We are recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager to join a well‑established residential developer delivering high‑end new build homes and apartments in Maidenhead and the surrounding areas.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing multiple live sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high‑quality finish. You will manage Site Managers and project teams while maintaining strong commercial and operational control across developments.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
