Senior Contracts Manager - Digital Services (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Join Croydon University Hospital as a Senior Contracts Manager within Digital Services for a 12-month maternity cover. The successful candidate will act as the lead within the Digital Services Department, focusing on:

1. Business development and digital procurement planning
2. Collaborating with digital, cybersecurity, and CXIO teams to identify procurement activities
3. Managing external partnerships and third-party contracts
4. Handling licensing requirements for digital systems
5. Developing and maintaining Service Level Agreements for IT services to third parties
6. Setting digital tariffs for services, hardware, software, and professional services
7. Contributing to software and application audits
8. Supporting budget setting, management, and forecasting
9. Managing cost pressures within Digital Services
10. Responding to FOI requests
11. Maintaining asset and contracts registers
12. Overseeing purchase orders and invoice management
13. Ensuring contractual compliance and reporting, especially for software licensing
14. Leading the development and maintenance of the IT Service catalogue and tariff management
15. Ensuring compliance with Trust policies and supporting senior management in service solutions
