Job summary

Draken is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to optimise contracts and drive commercial performance across multiple contracts. You will lead contract lifecycle activities, collaborate with stakeholders, manage risk and ensure governance, delivering value for money in a high-tech, defence-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and significant contracting experience.
• Strong commercial and financial judgement.
• Ability to manage contractual change, claims, risks and opportunities across the lifecycle.
• Defence/aerospace contracting experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of key contracts to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and refine KPIs to monitor and improve contract performance.
• Collate and analyse data for root cause identification and mitigation.
• Negotiate, draft and manage contracts with clients, suppliers and government entities.
• Provide commercial guidance to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, risk controls and compliance across the lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement and value for money.
