About the role

As a Senior Contracts Coordinator, you will support the Hays Outsourced Supplier Contracts Management Team (SCM) in managing the contract lifecycle for Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) contracts. You will play a key role in reviewing, preparing, and managing contractual documents and processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout.

What can I expect day to day?

  • Provide administrative and project support to the wider contracts team.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress contracts and resolve queries.
  • Lead third-party supplier engagement projects for new MSP and RPO wins.
  • Draft and manage Third Party Agreements, Change Control Notices, NDAs, RFIs, and contract terminations.
  • Ensure governance is accurately completed and issues are escalated in a timely manner.
  • Maintain data integrity through accurate documentation and professional communication.
  • Demonstrate understanding of pricing models and contribute to process optimisation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience interpreting and presenting commercial models.
  • A collaborative and positive team player with a flexible mindset.
