Job summary

MBDA in Stevenage is seeking a dynamic safety professional to support diverse construction and facilities projects across the UK. The role involves ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, assisting in the Principal Designer role, and supporting a growing safety team within the FM Department.

This fixed-term contract role offers a salary of circa £52,000 and requires regular travel across the UK estate. Candidates must have a NEBOSH Diploma and IOSH membership. The position predominantly operates on-site with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Diploma (Level 6 preferred).
• Membership to IOSH with active CPD.
• Understanding of the Principal Designer role.

Responsibilities

• Implement CDM 2015 Regulations.
• Assist with Principal Designer role.
• Support Contractor Compliance and CDM Manager.
• Collate statistical information on contractor working.
• Carry out inspections on CDM sites.
